  Shipping & Returns 



Orders

All orders will be shipped from our distribution centre in Haydock, Merseyside.

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of your payment clearing our banking system. Payment can be made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal and Cheque (cheque must clear before goods are dispatched).


Delivery

Delivery will be made on standard carriers and usually takes 5 working days for delivery. If you require an express delivery please contact us for your requirements sales@fdlonline.co.uk

All orders over £ 150 will be shipped free of charge, orders below £ 150 will incur a flat rate £ 25 delivery charge.

All orders are shipped to Mainland UK destinations with the exceptions of the following postcodes.

AB, DD, DG, IV, KW, PA, PH, PL, TD, TR

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Isles please contact for special delivery costs.

Please check your shipping details thoroughly before confirming your order.

A signature is required on delivery as proof of receipt. We accept no liability if the delivery address is different from the invoice address.


Returns

If you product has been damaged in transit then please clearly mark the delivery notes accordingly. You must contact us when the delivery is made to report any problems you may have with your delivery. We will only accept claims for damages or missing parts if we are notified of the problem at the time of delivery. If the Customer does not notify the company and refuse the delivery the Company will not accept liability for such defect and the Customer will required to pay for the goods in full as if delivered.

The Company will inspect the goods returned and if the defect is identified, the Customer will be given the option of replacement at no additional cost or a full refund of the price of the goods. The Company will have no further liability to the Customer.

The Company under no circumstances will be liable to the Customer for any loss of profits, additional costs, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any defect in goods supplied. The Company's liability will be restricted to the value of goods returned found to be defective on inspection. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or the Company's liability to the Customer for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or injury resulting from the Company's negligence.

Returns for products ordered by mistake or that are not suitable for your requirements are not accepted.


Refund Policy

If a refund is granted then the full price of order will be credited to customer's account within 14 days.
